Rashin is a bio-technology professional by training and holds a management degree. Rashin has good exposure & experience in Merger & Acquisition process, he along with his team has successfully completed M&A transactions.

In his previous assignments, he was heading the Business Development function, responsible for customer acquisition and relationship process. As a core team member, he was responsible for the growth of the organization and enhanced positive mind share of the company to the external world. He was successful in bringing sizeable value of sales for all the business verticals with impeccable customer conversion track record.

As a key resource, he was responsible for devising, establishing, and implementing various growth strategies which included joint product development programs and developing new service verticals.
